What I'm attempting to do is use several internal extensions assigned to 7960 ip phones that are in the same hunt group for call duty rotation. What I'd like to do is find a way to set an extension as busy, while having the main extension active on a given phone. Once I can do this, I'll have 4 out of 5 people with busy secondary extensions, and when I want the person to switch, the active person will make their extension busy, while the next person on call rotation makes their's active. Hopefully I've made this clear, please let me know if this is possible.
