Precision HD 40 camera not starting

Dear friend, I do have a problema whith my Precision HD 40 camera that we uses in SX20 kit. The camera did not start and as a result fo it, the code didn't find it and says NO CAMERA DETECTED.
It stays with a white light on the base and do some wierd sounds like trying to move to other direction and can't.

I didn't dropped to the floor or other kind of bad use.

I read something about "xsystemtools camerarescue" command, but it didn't work.

Had you guys this issue before? Can anyone help?

If the camera is making grinding noises (plastic gears slipping) then it is likely broken and you will need to arrange a RMA through the TAC.
