Problem between VCS Videoendpoint and OCS client.

We have installed vcs invironment (vcs and vcs expressway).

The Video endpoints(which registered to vcs and vcs expressway) can call ocs client (which register to ocs server).

The Ocs client (which register to ocs server) call call The Video endpoints(which registered to vcs and vcs expressway)

but;

Any video endpint (which register vcs-vcs expressway) can not call Ocs client (which register via  Edge server). Any Ocs client (which register via Edge server) can not call any video endpoint(vcs-vcs expressway).

How can we solve this?

Please take a look at the ocs or lync deployment guides. You will see that clients behind the edge server are currently not supported.

Though I can say from our deployment that it can work.

Could you specify more details, like

• how the call fails (like it rings but it does not get established, no media, no ringing at all, .....)

• which versions you use

With the x6 calls from the outside might fail due to non authenticated calls which are not forked by the cpl

• how your network looks like

• what ever you have on additional info
