Hello
We have a problem with sharing presentation over BFCP.
Sympton: Presentation Sharing on a CTS 500-37 system over a CTMS is not show on a MX200 Telepresence TC6.2 system.
CTS-->CTMS-->TC no Sharing presentation.
When we do the same direct CTS--> TC it works.
When we do connect two CTS system over CTMS it works. CTS-->CTMS-->CTS
When we do the reverse way TC-->CTMS-->CTS it works to.
All System registert on a CUCM with SIP.
CTMS is connected with a SIP-Trunk to the CUCM.
All SIP Profile have enabled "Allow Presentation Sharing using BFCP"
Software:
CUCM 8.6.2 SU3 8.6.2.23900-10
CTMS 1.9.4.0(133)
CTS 500-37 CTS_1.10.3.(41)_P1
MX200 TC6.2.0.20b1616
Any idea to solve this problem are welcome.
sincerely Roland

Do you use unencrypted sip tcp calls or something else?
Anything else in the call path wich can lock something up? (firewalls, alg, ...)
Do you have any chance to try to see if an upgrade of the cucm or other devices changes the behavior?
If you do not get an other answer here and you have a valid service contract think of
escalating it to tac.

Hello Martin
Thank you for your answer.
For my understanding I don't have encryption enabled. How can I check this?
All Endpoint are on the same Subnet.
All Server are on the same Subnet.
In between we have a ACL but no blocks on the log.
It is very easy for me to sniffer any information but I don't understand the BFCP signaling stream!
Do you have any helpful idea?

Hi All
We have the solution. The problem was the release 6.2 from the MX System.
This release does have a BUG CSCuj13986 an is fixed in Version 6.3.
