Profile 55 dual monitor w/ c60 codec poor presentation resolution

    Hello Forum....

We have a client who has a dual screen profile 55 with c60 codec, the presentation source seems to be the only issue, need your assistance with the following:    

Questions:

1- What vga baluns best work with cisco c60 codec's

2-What setting are best suited for resolution output from the laptop and codec settings

3-Does the Profile 55 dual monitor c60 codec have scaling built into the codec? and if so what setting im missing

You could check sharpness is set on pc input and not motion.
Also, you have a video ( main ) and PC ( dual ) percentage ratio ( default is 50% - 50% ).
