Dear sir/ma,

I have a requirement from a partner that requires a telepresence solution. I have suggested a quickset (CTS-SX20-PHD12X-K9). Find the attached BoM.

Also I want a comprehensive requirement to set this up. I mean

  • Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM)
  • Cisco TelePresence video communication server (VCS)/ Cisco WebEx Telepresence?
  • IP Phone

Please kindly generate for me additional BoM that will be needed to make the quickset telepresence functional.

Hi

I recommend that you take these questions to Cisco Sales as they should be able to figure out what you need depending on the customers demands and how they plan to use their solution and to what extent.

SX20 can work as a standalone device making direct calls over IP for example but I don´t know if that will suite your customer. If you have any other technical questions, please let us know.
