I detected an issue with reaction icon in room navigator (cisco bar)
Once time in a meeting, if you try to use the reaction icon (up hands and others) its not working and, the touch panel (navigator) disconnect from bar and restart.
I tried first this solution: Delete the panel (Factory reset)and add again in Microsoft device so, back to work normally. But if you disconnect the room bar from the energy, the issue goes back.
Try to replace the panel. Not work. The issue appear ONLY when turn energy off and on again. Its happen with many units.
Could you help me?
