Replace to CE500 from VCS Starter Pack and keep Movi.

Hi,

Our customer's VCS STARTER PACK is getting old and We want to replace it. The customer uses a lot of Movi, but not with the TMS. If We replace CE500 from VCS STARTER PACK and keep Movi, TMS is required? Be allowed to use Movi no TMS?

Yes TMS is required to use Jabber Video. actually you need both TMS and VCS.

The best route is to Upgrade the VCS Starter Pack using the part VCS Starter Pack Upgrade to VCS Control - TMS, Movi 100 users. start with PN: CTI-VCSC-SPUPG-K9. This upgrade gives you both full VCS and full TMS and 100 licenses.

if you have more than 100 Jabber (movi) then you would need to migrate your licenses over.
