I am using the suggested FTDI adapter, but the Room Kit EQ is still showing #500 series errors. I have a QSC connected via USB and the FTDI. The FTDI is for my Cisco custom button content source switching on the QSC. The QSC USB connection is for call status and muting. Is there any solution to these error messages? It seems to be locking up the Room Kit EQ's Web Gui preventing remote support of the unit by system administrators. We are on the 11.14.2.3 Room OS Release.
