How early can a scheduled Telepresence Conference be started? For example. If we scheduled a Telepresence Conference for 10:00am can it be started at 9:30am (30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time)?

Ankit,
Yes, it is different in 1.6. Check the following path:Policy Management>CONF_MAN>Early meeting start in minutes.

DTOM,
The start meeting early option is configured in the CTS-MANAGER. It is found under the Application Settings>Meeting Options. You can choose either don't allow meetings to start early or start meetings early by what ever value you put in( in minutes).

Hi jeff,
I was going through the option in CTM as you mentioned but couldn't find it. In Application Setting Main option , there are 5 suboptions :
Aplication settings : Studio Mode Recording / Interoperability with Video Conferenencing/ Intercompany / Tentative Room reservations Support/ Meeting notification e-mail.
But I couldn't find the option to choose the early time to start for a meeting, I wonder if this is a new feature in a new version. I checked it on Software Version: 1.6.4.0 (155).
Kindly suggest.
