Settings for Cisco P60 Camera

I am working on an AV install using some existing Cisco P60 cameras that will not connect directly to a codec.

I want to set the video output to 1080/30 rather than the current 1080/60

I know the older cameras has some switch settings that allowed me to do that, can I do that with the P60s and a software command?

What codec are you trying to connect to that won't accept 1080/60? That has been a supported input since C series, are you trying to connect it to something other than a Cisco endpoint? 

If you think the camera has failed I would try connecting it directly to any HDMI monitor to see if it works. I'll see if there's any guide on directly connecting to the camera via IP.
