Software synchronization error when pairing touchpad to EX90

I am trying to pair my touchpad to my EX90 via IP. I pull an IP address on the touchpad but when I enter the EX90 IP address manually I get a "software synchronization error" on the display of the touchpad. Does the EX90 support pairing via IP?

Hello,

a touch can be paired with an EX90 over a LAN.

Prior to the pairing, the touch contacts the EX90 to verify whether it should get upgraded. Apparently, something is failing there. Can you send the current logfiles from your EX90 to check what's happening?
