I'm trying to factory reset a SX20 that seems to suffer from the CSCux47856 bug. However, as you can see on the video, the SX20 ignores my two button taps completely and never resets to factory default settings.
OS: TC 7.2.1. P/N 800-36554-01 C0.
Any ideas?

Edit: The problem turned out to be related to a weak power adapter. I changed to another 12V source giving 6.2A and now it works.
