SX20 forgotten password

My admin password no longer works when trying to log into the GUI. I think it happened when we upgraded to version 6. Any one have any suggestions? Much obliged.

Have you tried to Factory Reset the device?

Procedure:

 Turn off SX20, then hold the power button for 10 seconds until it starts blinking. Then press the power button twice. SX20 should factory reset and restart automatically.

Using CLI (probably not good method for your case this time): xcommand systemunit factoryreset confirm: yes

The above steps produced negative results.

I tried the CLI steps, but Putty immediately asks for user id and password.

Please confirm the default user id and password is id: admin password: cisco

I used the PIN instead of the PASSWORD and I got logged in successfully. Totally forgot about about the PIN. Thanks all.
