Hello, we have a telepresence 20 system that was moved from one building to another recently. The codec works but the touchpanel will not pair with it--it is looking for the codec on the ip it had in the old building. We have tried clearing out all references to the old IP address, but it insists on looking for the old one. Both the touchpanel and codec are reachable. You can put the codec IP in manually, but it won't pair with it. We have a similar unit that was set up in another room (it has always been there) and it works OK. We tried using the same settings as that room, but still no dice. Can someone help?

I would manually unpair the Touch 10 from the codec's web interface (Setup > Peripherals, then click the "Unpair device" button for the Cisco TelePresence Touch device - and repeat if there are multiple listed), then perform a factory reset on the Touch 10.
Once the Touch10 has been reset, then try to re-connect it to the SX20 endpoint.
