SX20 Telnet connection

I recently found out that SX20 endpoints do not accept a Telnet session when no DNS server is available (yet). Is this normal behavior?

this is probably the following ddts : CSCue72551 which is going to be fixed in TC6.1.0 and TC6.2.0 release.

TC6.1.0 should be released anytime now...
