Dear Team,

i have a question of sx20. i have done downgrade the version of sx20 from TC6.2.0 to TC6.0.0 without trelease key but now we are facing the issue that display of sx20 is showing missing the release  key. so can i standup sx20 on previous version TC6.3.0 but i do not have this version TC6.2.0. is it possiblie with factory reset or other any option if yes please let me know.

Thanks

Suhas.

The release key shouldn't just go missing.  Although a downed rage to a version of software less than TC6.1 will need a valid Key for whichever major release you have.

Is there a specific reason you need to downgrade your device?

Anything pre-TC6.1 is vulnerable to some SIP denial of service vulnerabilities. I'd recommend that you upgrade it if at all possible to at least TC6.3.1 (to address the Heartbleed vulnerability as well) or to the most recent TC7 release.

Hi Wayne,

thanks for reply,

i have a specific reason that i was pairing between SX20 & ISDN Link so pairing is fine but error is codec is not registered with ISDN Link & both system version is SX20 (TC6.2.0) ISDN Link ( IL1.1.0).

i was doubt that this error is showing due to version so i have done downgrade of sx20.

i have attached some log of ISDN Link & i request to you please look the log than guide to me what is the mistake in my configuration.

waiting for your reply...

Thanks

can't see a lot from the xstatus of the ISDNLink alone.  please post xstatus and xconfiguration from the codec and the ISDNLink.
