SX80 with ISDN Link video issues and call dropping

We have a CISCO SX80 and ISDN Link that was recently installed. When we connect a video call we see picture pixilation, freezing and then the call drops (get red light on ISDN Link). The longest call we’ve had established was about 13 minutes. Prior to the calls dropping we were seeing the freezing/pixilation almost exactly every minute. We are unfamiliar with both pieces of equipment and we do not know what may be causing the issues. We connected a test unit, old Tandberg desktop, and we do not have any issues.

SX80: TC73.2.14ad7cc

ISDN Link: IL1.1.4.c6ff645

Atlas 550: There are two PRIs that breakout into BRIs. The two Atlas’ appear to be daisy chained (not sure as it is not our equipment we are just sharing bandwidth).

Service Provider: COX Communications

Any suggestions what may be the issue

Are there any alarms showing in the Web GUI for the ISDN Link?

Connect to the ISDN Link via SSH or the Serial connection and enable the debug logs on the ISDN Link by running the following commands:

systemtools calltrace on

log ctx SipPacket debug 9

-Place a call to recreate the problem. Once the call drops turn off the logging:

systemtools calltrace off

log ctx Sippacket debug 0

systemtools showlog *

The ISDN Q.931  messaging will show the ISDN disconnect cause codes.
