Hello all!
So heres what I have going on:
TMS 14.2.2 schedules a "bridge call"
Codian MSE 8510 is the MCU for the call.
When the scheduled time comes, the call does not start. When we go and check, TMSschedulingservices is not running. I go and turn it on and after about 15 minutes everything is back up and running. This happens once or so a week, though it has gone 2 weeks between happeing in some cases. Heres my question:
Why is this services shutting off in the first place?
Is there a way to stop this service from shutting down?
The service is set to auto start.
Any ideas?
