We have TMS 14.3.2, and need to change the SNMP settings on a couple of hundred endpoints. The template featiure has updated the endpoints, but TMS has the old snmp value? Is there any way to do a bulk edit?
To update TMS, requires arranging for the endpoint to be on, then manually updating the Connection options - which is very time consuming for a couple of hundred units? Manually researching / editing the SQL tables etc seems quite high risk but obviously an option.
Thank you for any help.

You can update all the systems in bulk using "Enforce Management Settings on Systems":
Administrative tools > Configuration > Network settings > TMS Services
For Cisco Unified CM-registered endpoints, this IP address will be set as the Feedback Address instead.
Update settings for Daylight Saving Time, Time Zone and IP address, and the paths for Phonebook Settings and External Services.

Hi,
Using a template should have updated the TMS side as well - it's a known bug (CSCul95527) that it didn't. A fix for CSCul95527 will be released in TMS 14.5 later this year.
In the meantime: Editing SQL tables directly is not an option because of how credentials are encrypted. I don't see any other option than to edit them one by one in Systems > Navigator, sorry.

Kjetil
