TMS Phonebooks

Greetings

I am investigating creating a Global Phonebook in TMS

We have multiple regions with each region having their own instance of TMS and SQL – software version 13.1 and 13.2

I have looked a creating Importing contacts to file-based phone book sources, however as there are 1000 to 1500 entries and that this has to be done manually is going to be a major task, as I want to create phonebooks with sub folders

e.g.

Folder - Europe

Sub-Folder -Europe Rooms

Sub-Folder - Europe Desktop’s

Folder - Asia

Sub-Folder -Asia Rooms

Sub-Folder - Asia Desktop’s

Has anybody used any other methods or suggestions.

Hi Neelesh,

Long time, no talk too Hope your doing well.

In this case, and because you have multiple regions with their own TMS and SQL, you really only have two options:

1. FBPB, as you've discussed.

or

2. A single and common H350 Directory Server that all the TMS Servers can pull and push to, i.e. H350 Directory PB Source.
