Setup:
TMS 14.5.0
VCSC: X8.2.1
VCSE X8.2.1
I’m looking through the reporting features on TMS and I can’t seem to get a precise number for how many external callers we had through the system. Is there a way to list calls that traversed VCSE or something similar.
Thanks,
Mike

You could export your call detail records to Excel, then filter on the to and from fields to pick out the endpoints that aren't yours as "external callers".
Or, if you just want some quick and nasty numbers, look at the Overview web page on the VCS-E itself and you'll see some basic stats listed similar to the below:
Current video 0
Current audio (SIP) 0
Peak video 10
Peak audio (SIP) 0
Since last restart video 280
Since last restart audio (SIP) 0
License usage current 0%
License usage peak 29%
Note: These stats are the totals since the last restart of the VCS, not any defined time period

Ya, I guess that's the best we can do. Thanks for that.
