TMS scheduled call with PIN in CMS with intermitent error ''Contact Busy, Try Again Later”

Hi, 

 

We have TMS 15.6.1 and CMS 2.2.10 and all codecs SX20 . We had a strange behaviour when scheduled a call with PIN in automatic connect mode. (note. the way we do is to add the CMS and only the host SX20 in automatic connect using the TMS, other participants dial from their codec because the sessions have topics where only some participants are needed, thats why we are not using autommatic connect for all participants). 

 

Some users where able to access to the conference dialing the room and the PIN with # at the end , but some others received the on screen message  "Contact Busy, Try Again Later” . 

 

We verified that there was no issue with the PIN dialed , and the # dialed after it.

 

Space was ok because when adding the members from CMM they got into the conference with no issues. 

 

A day after we restarted the CMS VMs and did a test, the issue was not happening. 

 

Just want to know if this is a known issue or if its recommended to restart periodically the CMS VMs to avoid this kind of issues.
