TMS shows Terminating or Creating for Scheduled Conferences in One MCU

We see the Scheduled conferences are not being created on time in 1 MCU and see that the TMS is showing "Creating" for that conference.

For the conferences which has to end, TMS is showing Terminating.

It looks the API messages from TMS are not handled by MCU.

A Packet capture from TMS shiow active HTTP conversation with MCU.

We dont think this is a Network issue, since we are able to successfully Manage/Force Refresh the MCU from TMS.

We also dont see the issue with all the MCU's

TMS is running 14.1.1 and MCU 4.3(1.68)

Hi Rameez, I see the latest software version for MCU is 4.4 [Release 4.4(3.49)] can you upgrade the respective MCU to this software and check if it is still exhbiting the same problem ?

Hi Rameez,

1. Set the API trace level to detailed in Event Capture filter on MCU.

2. Create a scheduled conference on this MCU from TMS for 5 minutes.

3. Once the conference is over, share the TMS event logs and MCU event logs.

4. Set the API trace level back to default again.

5. Also, check the feedback receivers on MCU. It should be hostname/IP address of TMS server.
