TMS SSO Configuration for WebEx - "Connection failure"

Greetings

I am getting a connection failure when I configure TMS SSO. All of the backend WebEx site work has been completed including partner delegation.I have uploaded the certificate onto TMS without issue (including password). What I am a little confused with is the following:

Partner Name

Partner Issuer

SAML Issuer

I think I have all of this but something still isn't correct. The error states that the "verify partner name is correct and WebEx site allows SSO"

The partner name I believe is correct and what more is needed on the webex site?

Take a look at the "Configuring Single Sign On in TMS" section of the CMR Hybrid Configuration Guide starting on pg 132. Verify you've setup everything as it should be.
