Hello -

We have a TelePtresence SX20 and a Cisco ISDN Link box.  Does anyone know if the ISDN Link box is capable of supporting two TelePresence video systems through the video port  using some type of switch or splitter?  Only one TelePresence video system would be used at any one time.  Thank you in advance.

Regards,

FMK

No, the Cisco ISDNLink is designed only to be paired with a single endpoint.

You could do what you want to do with it, but it would require manually unpairing and re-pairing from one endpoint to the other each time you wanted to switch between the endpoints - this isn't necessarily a straightforward thing to do.

Something like the 3241 ISDN Gateway is designed more to do as you want it to do, allowing multiple endpoints to be able to use an ISDN service.

Hi Wayne -

Not sure what happened to my first email (think it was sent before completion...).  Want to thank you for your quick response.  It answers my question.

Best Regards,
