TMS upgrade path

Hi,

Can i perform a direct upgrade from TMS 14.2.2 to 15.5 release?

Also my customer has TC,DX, SX and Tandberg endpoints. Is there a link to compatibility matrix between TMS 15.5 and different endpoints and infrastructure components?

You can upgrade directly from TMS 14.2.x to 15.x, just be sure to check the TMS 15.5 Release Notes and TMS 15.5 Install Guide to make sure you don't meet any of prerequisites, ie: TMSXE, TMSXN, or have any of the time zone issues noted.

Some things to note regarding endpoint compatibility with TMS:

• SX and MX endpoints running CE software requires TMS 15.0 minimum.
• DX endpoints running CE software requires TMS 15.3 minimum.
