Hi All,
When I try to add a new managed phone book source from the;
Phonebooks > Manage Phone Book Sources.
I get the following error message;
!Unable to communicate with the provisioning Extensions. (See log (log-web.txt) for details.
I'm currently running TMS 15.13.2, I have managed to get this working in the lab environment, however production throws this error. Also we're not running TMS PE, so unsure why I'm getting this message.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

What details are provided in the log file that is mentioned in the error?

Hi Wayne,
It wants the provisioning extensions to be disabled, and after a bit of investigation I have found this server has been upgraded and migrated to a new server platform without the PE being migrated. So the option to disable the PE under the general setting is greyed out.
Why this has happened I'm unsure, but looks like PE was installed as a trial and never used.
Is it possible to disable this without reinstalling PE?
