tms xe will not let me add end point

             When trying to add a profile to tms xe i get a error

Cannot connect to exchange mail box xxxxx@ dddddddd.iii    the specfic folder cannot be found in the store... verify that the mailbox exist and is accessible th the service         i did verify the mailbox is their does any one have any ideas what i need to look for

Hi

Have you granted full access rights to the TMSXE user to the room mailbox?

Also it can take some time after the rights are granted etc before you can actually connect to it.
