TMSXE 3.0.1 failed to add exchange resource

When I tried to add a system to TMSXE, I received a message

Cannot connet to exchange mailbox XXXXXX. The smtp address has no mailbox associated with it... verify that the mailbox exists and is accessible to the service user.

I already created a room mailbox and set the service account with "manage full acess permissions" ;

I did the throttling policy configuration ;

Hi, it might just take some time until

Its synched. Then it should work. But also make sure the mailbox e-mail address matches with the system address
