Hi all,
I'm trying to pair a touch panel with a Cisco C20 and Cisco 40 but during paring procedure the touch panel display show the following error message:
Failed to extract /upgrade/pkg
The touch panel is connected over LAN and paired with a Cisco C20/C40 with software version: TC4.2.0.260857; I also try to connect directly the touch panel with the second ethernet port of C40 but I receive the same error message during the upgrade procedure.

Stefano

Hi all,
I faced same problem and opened a case. TAC suggested bring back the software version of the codec to TC 4.1.0 and reboot the panel.
To factory reset the touch panel:
I still have same upgrade problem after these steps. so TAC have offered to RMA faulty unit.

Where can I find a list of SNs for Touch panels that may be defective? I have this situation as well.

Hi Guys,
Has anyone seen anything from Cisco as to how to identify which units are subject to these faults? I have a few that are failing in the same way and need to work out how hard to push for RMA.
Cheers,
Ben.

Ben,
What problem are you having with your TelePresence Touch 8" models?
I can verify if the S/Ns are on the list or not, but cannot post the entire list.
Thanks,
Justin
