I'm wondering is its possible to Virtualize TPS 7010.

However vTP is now being replaced by CMS.

While there is a virtual TelePresence Server, it is now EOS since Feb 6, 2018.
Replacement and recommended conferencing solution going forward is Cisco Meeting Server.
