TVS Problem

Hey all,

Got (4) TVS'es doing the same thing on mutiple codecs.  NOTE: these are customers that I am working with, so I am going on their word.

Supposedly they are all using 6000MXPs running F7.x or higher, using just a standard C6000 cable from the codec to the TVS.  Most of the TVS'es are brand new out of the box.

The problem is when the TVS'es are connected to the codecs, the switch powers off.  In one instance if the customer powers off the codec & TVS then connects them and powers both on, it works fine.  However the other customers did not have the same success.

In my lab I am able to hot swap TVS'es with different codecs fine.

Thanks,

Justin

Thank you,

What exactly “customers did not have the same success.” And TVS problem?

T6000MXP doesn’t get video from PHD camera via TVS?

If so, do you see the issue if you power-on TVS first then T6000MXP codec a bit later?
