Hello,
I have a SX20 endpoint cloud-registered to my Webex account. I am using that endpoint to broadcast a classroom while I monitor the class from the Webex Meetings Windows app in my office.
When I attempt to mute my computer's microphone in the Windows Webex Meetings app, the action mutes the microphone on the SX20 endpoint.
How do I keep the SX20 endpoint microphone on while muting my computer's microphone in the Windows Webex Meetings app?

Well, I'll just answer this one myself.
If you register your endpoint to your personal account, you cannot unpair the endpoint microphone control from a Webex app. You need to register the device as a workspace to have full control over the microphone.
Cisco thought this was a good idea.
