Upgrading Room 55 to recommended version

Hello,

I have a Spark Room 55 (version 9.15...) currently used with CUCM 11.5 su11.

I want to upgrade it to a newer recommended version supported in CUCM 11.5 ( and supported later on CUCM 14 ehen i upgrade CUCM).

However the comparibility matrix of CUCM 11.5 is not showing the compatibility based on a specific version, it just states that room 55 model is supported.

Where can I confirm which newer version is compatible with my current CUCM version 11.5 ?

And would you recommend the best way to upgrade it? Is it feasible to upgrade from CE9 15 to RoomOS 11? And where can i find the upgrade path ?

Hi

Room 55 is still supported on cucm 11.5 (even if this release is already in EOL) no matter what the firmware is installed on the device.
