Upgrading TMS from 14.3.2 to 14.4.1

I am upgrading TMS from 14.3.2 to 14.4.1 . Is there any hidden traps with this and does this require a release key ( Major Upgrade)

IT should also be noted that the current version has been successfully integrated to the Cisco Cloud Webex

TMS 14.3.x to 14.4.x is considered a minor dot release, and as such, no release key is required.

The only software upgrades that would require a release key are major software upgrades, where the first number in the version changes, for example TMS 13 being upgraded to TMS 14.

As Patrick has said, as you are still using version 14.x.x (the major version), there is no need for a new Release Key - you'll only need one to go to TMS 15.x (if that ever becomes available or they don't change the rules before then as they did with the TC software on endpoints).

I'd strongly suggest that you check the release notes and see if any of the changes in features or functionality affect you, there were quite a few changes betwen 14.3.x and 14.4.x.

Note: The latest version of TMS is 14.5, so you may want to consider looking at that if you're going to the trouble to upgrade.

Depending on what you class as an "issue" or "feature", but you can no longer manage/upgrade your VCSs through TMS in 14.4.1, which is a big problem for us. Others prefer not to use TMS for this, however, we disagree, so it will depend on your point of view.

The upgrade does not require a new release key. However, please make sure to go through the release notes and the installation guide to understand the changes with the SQL server deployment before you proceed for the actual upgrade.
