urgent pls help, ip precedence 5 of a host level

i very need to set the router which the traffic from which host, the traffic will pass through ip precedence 5, not by port level, is host level.

Normally the QoS is protocol based. That is, precedence is given to traffic based on type of protocol, like if it is RTP, precedence given is 5 otherwise some other precendence. But you may increase the precedence of the traffic from one particular host by configuring the COS value of 5 on the switchport it is configured.
