We just upgraded to CUCM 7.1. This issue is a small one but still one that is irratating some users. Here is the scenario.
UserA=Primary line 11111
UserA=Second line 11112
UserB=Primary line11113
UserB =Second Line 11114
UserC=Primary line 11115
UserC=Second Line 11116
Scenario is as follows:
UserA calls UserB on Primary line. This ties up both 11111 and 11113.
UserC calls UserA. This gets forwarded to UserA Second line (11112) since UserA is already on a call with UserB.
UserA doesn't see who is calling him except for the userC primary line number of 11115.
Users would like to see who is calling them (by name) on their Second line as this was the way before we upgraded from 3.3 to 7.1.
Any leads and help is appreciated.

Does the name show up on a normal IP phone to IP phone call? Do you have the ASCII Alerting name and Display (Internal Caller ID) on the Line Configuration page of the phone(s)?

Figured out that Call Waiting wasn't enabled.
I entered "Maximum number of calls = 4"
and "Busy Trigger = 2"
with that done, we can see who is calling but the calls don't get redirected to the second line.
