Usig CPL to route the calls to different zones

Dear Colleagues,

I need a solution to route the calls based on the caller ID, but unfortunately the search rule has no option to support it.

I got a hint to check CPL possibilities, so I read VCS/Expressway guides and the RFC880.

As far as I can see there are 3 operations (proxy, redirect and reject), but I did not find option to set a zone as a target.

Would you be so kind to confirm or correct me?

You could use the CPL to re-write the destination for any call that matches the calling ID you want, then set up a search rule to route something that matches that new destination to the required zone.  A little messy, but could achieve what you want.
