I have a number of endpoints that are on v5, and i would like to use TMS to upgrade to v6.1. I have already downloaded the v6.1 sw and plan to upload it direct to the TMS. Is there anything else I should plan for? Will release keys be an issue?
thanks

Hi
If TMS is able to detect that the systems are under service contract it will download the release keys automatically.

Hi, As Magnus mentioned the release keys for respective endpoints with active service contract will automatically be downloaded if your TMS can reach the internet with the settings configured in TMS -->
Administrative Tools --> Configuration --> Network Settings --> Automatic Software Update. You can also manually download the latest TC software and copy the installation file to C:\Program Files (x86)\TANDBERG\TMS\wwwTMS\Public\Data\SOFTWARE.
If your endpoints are located in different geographic location connected over WAN, then you can plan to push the software upgrade files during off peak hours.
