It might work, because like the other endpoints it's standards based, but can't say for sure because I have no way to verify it.
You should really consider upgrading your VCS to the latest software version, X5 is quite old and is EOL and no longer supported by Cisco - see end_of_life_notice_c51-706099. If for some reason you don't have a support contract for the VCS, which could be stopping you from upgrading, you can use one of several security advisories to obtain current software for free so you can upgrade, here is one for instance: cisco-sa-20150612-openssl.
Note, your question would be best placed in the TelePresence section of the forums, where these devices are actively discussed and others can be able to help.

As Patrick has suggested, yes, it could well work, as the SX10 is just a SIP endpoint, so as long as you have SIP configured on your VCS, you should be able to make it work.
Due to all the security holes and lack of modern features in that old a version of the VCS software, an upgrade to the newer release chains is highly recommended. The latest version available at the time of this post is X8.6.1.
Also, as recommended by Patrick, if either of our responses has not assisted, please move your discussion to the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Video Over IP section you have posted in.
