VCS-E migration from appliance to virtual session

Hi,
could someone tell me, wats the way to migrate a VCS-E appliance to a VCS-E virtual session on customers VM-Ware.

Hi Peter

You should use this SKU:

R-VMVCS-E-M-K9

For HW Migration to E-Delivery Virtual VCS Expressway Only

It provides you with the Expressway VM and allows you to migrate your existing licence keys from the Physical Hardware S/N to the Virtual Machine S/N.

As Craig has noted above, you'll use that part number.  You'll then send an email to licensing with the serial number of the VCS that gets created when you install the VM template.  Once you do that, you'll recieve a PAK key with the option keys related to that SKU.  Then do a license transfer from your old hardware VCS to VM to bring over the installed option keys.
