Hi,

We are having disconnection issues intermittently in our environment. We can see from wireshark logs that the Gatekeeper issued a release complete message to far end to terminate the call.

Is there any way that we can find out why is the gatekeeper or endpoint putting the call to an end? (Occcured @ 29 September 2012, 18:04 Hours)

Attached wireshark and VCS logs.

wireshark logs.png

Singapore - Cisco VCS Control X5.2 (IP: 10.52.106.7)

Singapore - Cisco C40 TC4.2.3 (IP: 10.52.108.24)

China - Cisco Edge 95MXP F9.1 (IP: 10.48.9.40)

Thanks

Hi wee,

The logs attached are just normal events for the call. so much information can't be deduced from it.

Also i would recommend you to open a TAC case so that the TAC engineer can collect the wireshark at all possible points and a diganostic logs from VCS and endpoints for the call while the issue is replicating .

Thanks

Alok
