VCS Licenses not displaying

          I am running VCS X7.2.2.  Problem is that I can enter the license option keys with no issue and they show up when I select the Option Key TAB the webpage comes up showing  in the System Information the Serial Number and Licenses.   The bottom of the page "Current Licenses" below the Ip address column no numbers at all????

Any ideas???

2 ways to really know what your Expressway has as licences :

Either via TMS, settings tab / Extended settings

or via SSH, with an xstatus option

Let us know what you have as an answer,

Thank you ... I checked TMS and also logged in via SSH.  The options keys show the licenses are there but again when I look at the Calls webpage the bottom has no numbers displayed as to the number of current licenses available.

Somme internal webserver malfunction?

Did you reboot your expressway to check it out?

Yes Restarted it and also did a cold boot.  Not sure if it makes a difference but it's a VCS Control.

The others have no issues and display current licenses on them. All running X7.2.2 ...
