VCS not responding

Hi All,

VCS 8.6.2

our VCS control became unresponsive.Not able do webex..only able to ping.

after reboot it working fine....

I collected the logs but not able to see any cause..

Any idea about the issue

Was trying to find any info on this today and only found this thread.  Will I jeopardize logs if forcing a reboot of the controller?  I can only ping at this time, but cannot connect to issue a graceful restart.  It was requested I pull the YTD call logs on this when I noticed it is not responding.  Can anyone confirm the logs remain intact upon reboot?
