Hi team,
please, take a look at the pics below. Arrows show direction of calls, green work, red doesn't work.
I have 3 offices with the VCs systems, everything works fine, instead of incoming calls from London to Berlin. I can accept the calls from London on Berlin device, but there is no video and in "Information" I don't see packets at all:
I see the UDP packets on Berlin firewall and nothing is blocked. All other directions work perfectly well. What most likely could be the problem? Is there a kind of incompatibility? Version mismatch?

This symptom is almost always a firewall or routing issue between sites. Check that all your firewalls are letting all the traffic through (including all the signalling traffic as well as the media) and that you don't have any SIP ALG enabled on them.

the right test you can do is the next steps, very easy..
1. activate log dump with sniffing file on Berlin and London endpoints.
2. make a call and answer for about some seconds from London's endpoint to Berlin.
3. Export the dumps from both and open them by Wireshark.
on London fand Berlin file, do a filter by the other endpoint IP + udp..
try to find the London udp packets as source ip in the Berlin's file.
if u dont see them its a network issue.
