Hi All,
In adjustments IP of phone Cisco7940(P00308000400) on CCM4.0.2a it is established Video Capabilities* - enable. However on the screen of phone Cisco7940 I do not see a video icon displaed.
Why?

Check for the version of VT advantage installed and make sure that the version is same on both sides. Following links may help you
