video over frame relay

hi

i have a polycom video conferencing device connected on IP network.

i have a 512 kb leased line.

i have been suggested to use frame relay in place of IP.

what advantages does frame relay have over IP as regards bandwidth

consumption.

and can i have a sample configuration for frame relay with setup

Even using frame relay, you'll still use IP at layer 3 (and up). I'm not sure who is making that recommendation but they need to explain their thinking in more detail.
