I have aqustion

asking about IP telphony

dose cisco recomended to by a router  with built in voip tecknolgy and not recomended to by a voip card

whate is different between the two choices

which is better or less cost

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by a router with voip technology since may routers have voip features depending on the feature set.  The only way to get around having a voip/voice card in the router is if you're going to use a VoIP provider such as a SIP provider for outbound calls.
