Is it possible to forward an incoming call from ptsn
to another number on pstn?I am using as5350.How do I
setup pots dial peer to achieve this?Thanks.

Yes, TDM hairpinning is definitely possible on Cisco voice gateways. I have done it without any problems.
As far as I remember, you have to make sure that the IOS supports TDM hairpinning.
Then just configure two POTS dial-peers - one for incoming calls only and one for outgoing calls only.
You have to use direct-inward-dialing.

You can use the num-exp command. This is the most simplest way to achive what you are asking for.
